Wintec is a polytechnic institute located in Hamilton. It offers a wide range of vocational and academic programs in various fields of study, including health, business, engineering, IT, creative industries, and more.

Wintec recently expanded their Hub building on the Rotokauri campus to be able to accommodate clinic facilities. Quantitas provided Quantity Surveying services including cost estimates for the expansion of the Hub, progress payment valuations and bank funding reporting.

Quantitas have also provided ongoing cost planning budgetary advice, contract administration and procurement assistance to Wintec campus projects over numerous years.
