Kiwi Property engaged Quantitas to provide QS services to undertake a base-build floor split, to create two separate tenancies and a large lift lobby followed by a concurrent scope of base build fitout and tenant fitout works to deliver the KiwiRail Sylvia Park tenancy.

Quantitas assisted with design co-ordination, tendering, consents, management of the main contractor, defecting and sign-off.
