Quantitas have worked alongside CRV for a number of years, on a number of different projects, starting with the construction of the new, purpose built laboratory / office building back in 2013.

Quantitas provided Project Management and Quantity Surveying services, and structured a Management Contract for the construction of the building, with a GFA of over 3,000m2 on a 40Ha green field site. The building required on-site wastewater and stormwater management, and straddled 6 separate Titles which were later amalgamated.

Quantitas were responsible for arranging specialist Design Consultants, drafting Construction Contracts between the Client and separate Contractors, arranging Council inspections, obtaining Code of Compliance and reporting to the Board on progress and costs on a regular basis.

After construction of the main building, architecturally designed offices were added, together with stand-alone large span sheds and associated races and fencing throughout the 40 Hectare site, all built to conform to strict EU Livestock Management conditions.

Quantitas have more recently overseen the construction of a Pig Breeding facility, and a specialist Laboratory for CRV, and remain involved in several proposals that this Client is considering for the future.
