Quantitas have been providing ‘Funders QS’ services for a number of years and are proud to be approved Panel QS’s for the following NZ trading banks:

In addition to the above banks, we also work alongside 2^nd tier funders, providing the same level of services for all. 

OUR SERVICES INCLUDES:

• Pre-condition / Initial reporting inclusive of project documentation review, consent status, main contractor procurement, pricing and sub-contractor selection, main contractor suitability, sales and lease status and project programming.
• Cost-to-complete reporting and certification, with regular monitoring of project costs, programme, insurances, consent procedures, sales/lease statuses and contingency expenditure.
• Risk identification, analysis and management.

We take a pro-active approach to our Pre-condition / Initial Reports, providing the borrower with up-front indications of documentation required, and timelines for completion.  We also work to ensure that as much documentation as possible is included in our Reports, thus avoiding costly delays in obtaining Credit approval, and to reduce subsequent work required for any 1^st Drawdown conditions.  We are proud to report that our documentation rarely comes back to us with questions or alterations required, and the feedback on our reporting layouts is that they are clear and easy to follow. 

Jason has been undertaking Funders QS services for over 16 years, and has a true passion for this work.  After undertaking developments of his own, he fully understand the pressures that borrowers are under to obtain finance, and works to limit these pressures wherever he can.
